La siguiente consulta está relacionada con una serie de pasos posteriores a la implementación de una iniciativa

Compromiso de permanencia en el tiempo (15 años?)

Sé que la expresión "permanencia en el tiempo" suena un poco redundante considerando que más adelante se indica entre parentesis un tiempo específico.

Todas sus sugerencias son bienvenidas

AKA "Commitment of Permanence".
I agree that "time" is already subsumed in the notion of permanence.

The usage in the 2nd sample sentence is more associated with mobile phone providers, which sometimes insist on remaining with the same company for a certain length of time in order to enjoy special benefits or low rates. However, I don't see why it can't be used in other contexts as well.
