I can't get my head around the following sentence and would really appreciate some help:
"Bei den akt. Zinssaetzen bei Kontokorrent/Zahlungsverkehr- und Kreditkonten (z.B. Privatkredite, Baufinanzierung) handelt es sich um Angaben zum Sollzins; bei den akt. Zinsaetzen bei Geldanlagen (z.B. SparCard) handelt es sich um Angaben zum Habenzins)."
My translation so far, which I don't think is quite right:
"With regards the current interest rate for current accounts/payment transactions and credit accounts (e.g. personal credit, construction financing), borrowing rate data is used; with regards the current interest rate for financial investments (e.g. SparCard), credit interest data is used."
I decided not to use "it is a matter of" for "es handelt sich um", rightly or wrongly.
Thanks in advance if you can either confirm or suggest a better solution.
