EQUIPAMENTOS E DOSIMETRIA:
Um biombo com 40cm de vão livre próximo ao piso e 80 cm de bandeira.

O texto fala sobre equipamentos de proteção radiológica utilizados no quarto de iodoterapia de um hospital.

Não consigo compreender o sentido dessa "bandeira".

Obrigada desde já pela ajuda dos colegas.

Information posters - or - band of urgency classification

Bandeira means lots of things, but in medical it can mean the information posters on the walls in hospitals, see link, or it can refer to colour-coded bands classifying patients on a scale of urgent (red) down to non-urgent (green). But I think in your text if it's referring to an actual object, measuring the distance from it, it's more likely to be the former, a hospital poster.
