Joint and several liability in the case of more than one Credit Receiver
If the present loan is granted to several persons, they are jointly and severallu liable to the Loan Creditor. An acknowledgment of the claim by a Credit Receiver, especially by the omission of protests against a dispatched statement of account within the period of four weeks, also binds the other Credit Receiver.
