Law: Contract(s)
General Terms and Conditions
in French “actes d'exécution judiciaire” (http://www.proz.com/kudoz/dutch_to_french/law_patents/121872... )
however "acts of judicial execution" in English doesn’t sound nor seem to be right. Any other suggestions?
Thanks in advance!

to better fit Asker's src, sth like the following would be preferable:
if legal action has been taken against the client
resulting from legal action having been taken against the client
as a result of legal action having been taken against the client
etc.

It seems I was mistaken (see Kirsten's comment in the D.box), but I'll leave my answer up for information purposes.

: nee, bij gerechtelijke uitvoering beschikt de betrokkene al over een uitvoerbare titel

Ordinarily, execution is achieved through a legal device known as a writ of execution.

Discussion
I also agree with your explanation of "if", but the "indien" in the source text does not relate to the 'daden van gerechtelijke uitvoering', yet to the event of doubts arising. And doubts may arise because of these 'acts of execution'.
The problem is that it's quite vague (it encompasses potentially a whole raft of things to do with enforcement of decisions, not only from the court, I think) and also precise (a mere court case against the client is not enough for X to take action, which would indeed be unfair).
I would also not substitute 'if' with 'because', because 'indien' creates a situation 'in the event of which' consequences will happen. 'Because' is preceded by a situation and states a reason for this situation to occur, so using 'because' instead of 'if' or 'in the event of' essentially switches the point of view. In English language contracts we usually go with 'in the event of' or with 'if' + consequences.
Hmm, not 100% sure about "legal enforcement(s)" vs court involvement, as the Dutch is a bit vague. However, perhaps it's fitting that the English should be too.
Though I'm not sure whether a court decision is always needed for a bailiff to do anything. A 'bevel tot betalen' (payment order) is also a document served by a bailiff which doesn't need a court order at all, I thought. Though then maybe you wouldn't call it 'gerechtelijk'. What about 'legal enforecement(s)'?
[…]
(http://www.dikaioma.be/nl/diensten/uitvoeringen )
If what you say is true, perhaps something like "a court decision against the client" would be better.
Hmm, on second thought, make that sth like "enforcement of a court decision against the client"...
I think your suggestion is good.
Or good enough, at least.
Maybe the "legal action(s)" as you suggest will simply do.
I suspect it might be as simple as "if legal action is taken against the client".
daden van gerechtelijke uitvoering tegen =
a court decision against the client
legal processes of execution and enforcement against the client
acts of judicial execution against the purchase
legal actions taken against the purchaser
measures of judicial execution against the buyer
judicial acts
