English to Romanian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Collaborator shall render all Services in accordance with Statements of Work, each of which shall be agreed upon by the Parties in writing and incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Each Statement of Work shall constitute a separate and distinct document. Neither X nor Collaborator shall have any obligation to enter into any Statement of Work.
