I wouldn't use "gerichtliche," as this can be misunderstood.

I think what you're looking for is "Gerichtsstandsvereinbarungen."

@Annegin Jurisdiction is "Zuständigkeit"; "Gerichtsstand" is the venue. I have no clue why this should be any different here?!
