Without derogating from any of the above representations, the Company's liability towards Company Employees regarding severance pay, accrued vacation and contributions to all Company Employee Plans are fully funded or if not required by any source to be funded are accrued on the Company’s financial statements as of the date of such financial statements.
Section 14 Arrangement was properly applied in accordance with the terms of the general permit issued by the Israeli Labor Minister regarding all former and current Company Employees who reside in Israel based on their full salaries and from their commencement date of employment.
