Sudanese authentication of a marriage document
This is handwritten section on the back of a marriage certificate confirming the marriage certificate to be identical to the original in the register and is from Omdurman court. Normally it has the judge's name written. Any idea what is the correct title of a مراقب and his job role?? Many thanks

محكمة الأحوال الشخصية أمبدّة: تأسست 1981 أضيفت إلى مجمّع محاكم امبدّة 2003. أنشئت هذه المحكمة نظراً لتزايد عدد الدعاوى والتركات بمحكمة أم درمان الشرعية (الأم) وذلك لازدياد سكّان محافظة أمبدّة نتيجة للهجرات والنازحين من الأقاليم والولايات المتاخمة لحدود أم درمان الغربية. بها 4 قضاة: 2 محكمة عامّة ، و 1 درجة أولى ، وآخر ثانية ، ومراقب محكمة ، و 15 موظّف ، وعدد من العمّال. دائرة اختصاصها كل محافظة أمبدّة ، وتشمل محلّيات الأمير – البقعة – دار السلام – والريف الغربي لأم درمان بأكمله)
