English to Russian Other Business/Commerce (general)

We believe that, given the nature of the work and the long time line, the best solution for the Supreme Court will be to put in place a retainer arrangement for an initial period of nine months (October 2015 – June 2016). This retainer arrangement will cover a number of elements:
• Strategic input and idea generation
o In person meetings with XXX and/or other members of XXX’s senior leadership team, approximately once a month, to discuss progress, problem solve and engage in idea generation.
o A series of three workshops with international experts on key topics of relevance (suggested: the practicalities of setting up a new court system; investment dispute resolution under common law; setting up an arbitration centre).
o Support for a “learning journey” to Europe to look at best practice in a common law judicial system and/or in arbitration.
o Narrative and strategic communications input/idea generation, to assist in stakeholder engagement, international positioning and the development of a coherent narrative around the launch of the AIFC courts.
