It ought to mean "concentration", which is sometimes the same thing as a major and is sometimes a focus within a major.

But it doesn't make sense to speak of a Master's degree in Regenerative Medicine with a concentration or major in Health Sciences; Health Sciences is a very broad field and Regenerative Medicine is a specialised area within that field. This is not a degree in Health Sciences; it is a degree falling within the field of Health Sciences. Besides, "major" and "concentration" are used to refer to undergraduate study, not postgraduate as here.
So they are using "concentración" is a different sense. Elsewhere the university that offers this course uses the word "Area".

"Specialism" is correct (for the UK) when referring to a particular area of a course of study, but Health Studies can't be a specialism here, within a course on Regenerative Medicine; it's the wrong way round.
