This is a continuation of the previous paragraph I posted. Getting stuck on a couple of terms in it. A bit confused by the use of the word 'eficacia' here. Would appreciate some enlightenment :)
....(ii) la declaración de concurso voluntario, haber sido declarada insolvente en cualquier procedimiento, hallarse declarada en concurso, salvo que en éste *haya adquirido la eficacia un convenio*, o estar sujetos a intervención judicial o haber sido inhabilitados conforme a la Ley 22/2003, de 9 de julio, Concursal, sin que haya concluido el período de inhabilitación fijado en la sentencia de calificación del concurso.

I've read "unless an agreement had come into effect" a few times, so I assume that is the phrase used in this situations. As I'm not specialized in legal translations, I lowered the confidence level, but hope this helps!
