It is the bottom photo, which shows a wine bottle tied in a knot, cigarette tied in a knot and a syringe.
What I need help with is coming up with a catchy title for this art poster. Thanks for your help in advance.

I' m not sure either of these has the ring of "Quit now!" but perhaps, used in combination with something else, one would give the sense of "tying off" or stopping the flow embodied in the picture.
