: since this is not a medical text, it's not a very friendly (PC) way of putting it. Rather harsh/clinical. /sorry but in this context it does sound very clinical in English, even if it's technically correct. it's not always just about sheer translation.

Regarding the Google examples: Google suggested: Meinten Sie: "motor impaired users" The ONLY 9 web pages that used "motoric" were non-medical and mostly German . I therefore dare to insinuate a wrong translation. (motor impaired got 8'640 hits btw)
