French term

Pêne à deux barbes

French to English Social Sciences Archaeology Museum labels
Hi. I have a set of labels to translate for an archaeology museum and have come across this term :Pêne à deux barbes.
This is all the context that I have, I can't find the right term in English. I wondered whether it might be a "double barbed lock"?
Proposed translations (English)
3 +2 bolt with two notches
4 +1 double-toothed bolt

I wonder whether it might be a double-bitted lock bolt.
