I don't understand this, as I didn't think you could have an 'oily solute', and, even if that is what is meant, I imagine that there might be a better way of translating it.

While I don't exactly understand the source text, it seems to be about problems with intramuscular injections of oil-based preparations (quite a painful experience for the patient).
