From the "Examen Fisico" (Physical Examination) section of a Colombian cardiology report on a patient examination.
T. arteria is followed by a figure (120/70) alongside other figures for weight, pulse rate etc
T. Hallazgo is the column heading used to describe the finding for specific parts of the body: head, face etc. In this case they are all "Normal".
It's the "T." abbreviation that confuses me! I expect they mean something different in each case but have asked about them together to confirm that, and what they actually mean in each case.
Again, not my usual field, so very grateful for any assistance!
