I was able to get everything I was looking for with the 70-200mm lens.
But one thing I noticed when I was shooting David from up here was that if I was able to go wide, I could get a nice layered picture with the platforms blowing me in the lines in the bottom of the pool.
To accomplish that I switched to the 24-70mm f/2.8 lens, to give me just the last image I was looking for.
