Hi all,
I found this abbreviation in a certificate of baptism and on a birth certificate.
At the very bottom the certificates say:
"Visto per la legalizzazione della firma del M. R."
I though it would be "Ministro Religioso", but I am not 100% sure since I could not find anywhere.

"Al M.R. Ufficio Parrocchiale di __". I am confused because it seems that M.R. is an adjective of "Ufficio Parrocchiale". If it was "ministro religioso" or "molto reverendo" it should be "AL M.R. dell'Ufficio Parrocchiale". Any thoughts?
