This one has "bluing" and some ridging!
Tag's watchfaces often have horizontal "striping?" - that may well be the "ridging" they refer to, so my try "striation" (ou rainurage?) seems to correspond well.
It looks as though in EN 'ridging' was added by way of explanation for a lay reader who might not be familiar with the technical term 'azurage'; so whether or not you need to translate it is surely going to depend on whether a lay reader in FR will understand the term 'azurage' — which I somehow doubt!
Why don't you look up FR monolingual definitions of 'azurage', and see what terms they use to explain it?

It doesn't seem to me there is any direct comparison between "outer track" and "ridging" — the comparison seems to be between 'azurage' (which seems to be the technical term) and 'ridging' (which seems like more of a layman's explanation).
Have you researched 'azurage' to find out what it entails? That might help...
