السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
قصدت بكلامي أعلاه الترادف والإقتران اللفظي وليس الترادف المفاهيمي أو ترادف الأثر، فقد شاع استخدام كلمة التفسير كمعنى للتأويل في جميع المعاجم العربية، المستمدة أصلا من القرآن الكريم، وفي القرآن الكريم
"قالوا أضغاث أحلام وما نحن بتأويل الأحلام بعارفين" معنى تأويل هنا تفسير
وأيضًا "وكذلك يجتبيك ربك ويعلمك من تأويل الأحاديث" بمعنى أيضًا تفسيره وبيان معناه.
إجابتي التي طرحتها خلال دقيقتين من طرح السؤال تحتوي على كلمة التأويل، وقد قدمت بديلًا آخر لكي تكون الإجابة جامعة مانعة

كلمة construction ليست مرادفة لكلمة interpretation فالثانية تعني تفسير فيما تعني الأولى التأويل. فالثانية تفسر معنى الكلام المباشر فيما الأولى تبين تأثير الكلام القانوني على الواقعة.
