Il s'agit d'une brochure pour les voûtes souterraines d'Edimbourg.
La phrase est la suivante : "Out of nineteen arches, only one arch of South Bridge has been left unfilled and uncovered".
J'ai traduis par "Au-delà des dix-neuf arches du South Bridge, seule une a été laissé telle quelle et découverte", mais je n'aime pas la tournure de la phrase.

Without more context, I would understand 'filled' to mean 'filled in', i.e. bricked-up...
This said, I would re-phrase the whole thing to avoid what sound to me like the very un-French 'sans murage'!
By the way, 'out of' does not mean 'au-delà de'! It has the sense here of simply 'parmi'.

Of course, the whole issue hinges around whether the arches have simply been bricked up, or have actually been completely filled up. it may help you to research the actual appearance of this site via the Internet.
This said, I would re-phrase the whole thing to avoid what sound to me like the very un-French 'sans murage'!
