wiem o co chodzi, ale nie mam pomysłu jak to na angielski przełożyć... Any help, please?
"Ustalona w ust. 4 cena ulega korekcie o 99%, tj. do kwoty XXX PLN netto (XXXXXXX), gdy do dnia XXXXXX r. (14 dni od zawarcia Umowy) FIRMA A nie spowoduje rozwiązania wskazanych w Załączniku 5 do Umowy umów lub wejścia w ogół praw i obowiązków po stronie FIRMY A przez FIRMĘ B, o ile FIRMA B wyrazi na to zgodę."
Na razie wykombinowałem takie coś:
The price set forth in paragraph 4 shall be deducted by 99%, i.e. to PLN XXXXX (say: Polish Złoty XXXXXX only) net, if within 14 days from the date of signing this Agreement, FIRMA A fails to terminate the agreements set forth in Appendix 1 hereto or ....... ?
