German term

Drittverwendung

This comes from a due diligence study of a real estate project.
Related words in the document: Drittverwertbarkeit/Drittverwendbarkeit
Can anyone come up with a succinct English term? I'm a bit stuck.

disagree philgoddard : No, that's "mit verändeter Nutzung", which is what it says next. The "Dritt" is important, as there could be a change of use by the current tenant.

Declined
I am not sure if this is succint enough

Thanks Dhanajav, this was my first thought too, but Edith K is closer to the truth in this case.
Peer comment(s):

agree philgoddard : Third-party occupation might be better, as it goes on to say "change of use". "Use" and "usage" are a semi-repetition.

disagree Edith Kelly : see comment above // you are right

OK, but "other use" , not "another use"
