: Yes, but that's not the whole story, this misses out the 'rounds', which is the key point of the question; they might seat many more if the layout was long banqueting tables, for example.

this is a guess but I can imagine that they can cater for 180 people seated but not all at once (i.e. in several rounds). They go on to say they can also do 450 reception style, i.e. standing. My stab at it !

: For this kind of function, one would never use multiple sittings (which, incidentally, is the word that would have been used in EN) — this is all about table / room layout.
