Spanish to English Marketing Medical: Pharmaceuticals
It's a heading summing up a pharmacy's three main values:

COMPROMISO, CALIDAD y *NATURALIDAD*
I'm not having any problem knowing the meaning here, but I'm looking for a good (preferably one word) equivalent here.

A fairly easy text, before this comes a whole list of the pharmacy's values and "raison d'etre":

Trabajamos con productos tan naturales como la alcachofa, el omega-3, el cartílago de tiburón, el Ginseng, los arándanos o la Camomila.

Todo bajo el paraguas de los valores (name of pharmacy), que siguen a raja tabla tanto nuestro laboratorio como nuestro calificado equipo humano.

Obviously, COMMITMENT, QUALITY AND... but how can naturalidad be neatly translated here? In one word if possible.

Thanks for your input, you are all right that a) there really is no alternative, b) naturalness sounds "naff" and I discarded it the minute I thought of it and c) there really is no good one-word solution. I liked Cinnamon's idea of purity, as it seemed a pretty good way round it, but as Bill suggested, it hasn't quite fit in for this translation. "Natural" and "nature" come up a few times, so "Natural products" has made more sense here. So I think I'll be gritting my teeth, and using two words. I'm getting used to the idea :)

Natural is natural (Well, it isn't really, because it's a notorious slippery and misleading term, but you know what I mean.) I really don't think there's any other word that will do here. So unless you can stomach "naturalness" (and I imagine you don't like it or you wouldn't have asked for alternatives), I think you'll have to grit your teeth and use two words.

I thought of Peter's suggestion too, but I think you really want nouns, and in any case you'd have to use two words for "calidad", so you don't gain anything in that respect. If one of the terms has to be done in two words, better to make it the last one.

COMMITMENT, QUALITY AND NATURAL PRODUCTS doesn't sound so bad once you get used to it.

Just a thought. Would it be possible to use adjectives? Committed, high quality, natural.

The problem here is that there is no noun here except 'naturalness' which frankly sounds naff. You may have to say 'natural products' to get the meaning across.

@RW: I didn't just suggest this purely for fun. It is a real option; even though I'm not keen on it at all myself, I think it might work OK for an advertising puff, label or slogan /( COMMITMENT, QUALITY and NATURALITY). And it's only one word...

Absolutely, it could well be used in advertising, despite the fact that in some contexts it doesn't sound "natural" in English. Thanks for the suggestion! I only mentioned the "fun" aspect because you said yourself that you didn't particularly like it :)
