In alternativa, è qualcuno che ha già completato questo tipo di studi, quindi non è più uno studente. Esatto, "uno studente ventunenne con doppia specializzazione blablabla".
Data l'età (21 anni), suppongo sia uno studente che ha scelto un programma di studi cosiddetto double major. In alternativa, è qualcuno che ha già completato questo tipo di studi, quindi non è più uno studente.
