El tethering (que viene de tether=atar) permite que por ejemplo un movil con conexión a internet haga de router wifi para otros dispositivos como un laptop u otros móviles. Se conoce como anclaje de red o tethering.
Me imagino que el dispositivo de pago tiene conexión a internet y permite añadir otros aparatos (seguramente otras terminales) que también disfrutarán de internet.
La frase completa yo la pondría así:
-Ofrece opción de conexión por anclaje de red para añadir los dispositivos convenientes .
