So wie ich es verstehe sollen die Stützen 80 cm unterhalb OK Gelände gegründet sein, und zwar mit einer Sohle (footing). Eine "Spezifikation" müsste m.E. viel konkreter sein.

Footings are normally ABOVE the foundations, at least, according to the Chambers 20th-century dictionary. Dann wären sie wohl "Sockel" auf Deutsch.
