I based my suggestion on the assumption that the offeror asked for more information. here the word\"zur\" in the original fact was the decisive hint. since in my view if it was a request to the offeror to include certain information, \"bei\" would have the beencorrect word. perhaps the asker can provide more information to clarify this point.
