The door stays for each door are located along the bottom edge of each door at the hinge side. When the doors have been unlatched from the positive-pressure door catches they can be opened to 90° and 160° where they can be held in position.

Looking at various illustrations, this could certainly correspond to one type of 'door stay' at any rate; I have also found 'arrêt de porte'', which seems to be used for broadly 2 types of device: 1) a simple door-stop; 2) the same kind of 'stay' as referred to here. But I'm not convinced this is proper usage!
Note too that 'door' here might not be 'porte' -- it really all depends on the context, and what exact form it takes.

: With only 7 Google hits, I feel this is probably not the commonest term used; note also that it really translates 'strut' (which could explain the several mis-translations!), which is not quite the same thing (in all cases).
