This is from an insurance/extended warranty policy for computer devices.
Under the "Conditions d'achat et d'utilisation heading" it states:
"Les appareils doivent être:
* Conformes à la norme CEE (uniquement pour les DZs commercialisant ce produit en Europe).
I can't find any other reference to "DZs" in the document and have no idea what it could mean.

Large multinaltionals often divide the whole world in "zones" so this would be about Distributeurs de/en zone Europe/Asie/Afrrique ...
