fondos "bumerán" correspondientes a los impuestos sobre los bienes inmuebles (propiedades)

"boomerang" complementa a "funds"; se trata de los fondos de "bumerán"... Se llaman así porque suponen una redistribución/reorientación de las cantidades correspondientes a los impuestos sobre los bienes inmuebles...
