"Kita berhasil teman! Ayo pertahankan!"
Indoesian is more used to address team mates, subordinates and even journalists with teman.
In a typical internal company meeting situation, for example, the chair may say "Sebelumnya, terima kasih atas kehadiran teman-teman dalam rapat ini.", even though s/he is the president director of the company. A politician who is crowded by journalists seeking his comments may say "Saya harap teman-teman wartawan bersabar.".
But why? Because saying teman creates affinity, and makes you part of them, an important social value in our Indonesian culture. The same can be said of the effect of sayng kita (inclusive we) instead of kami (exclusive we).
The back translation of this answer is: We made it, mates! Let's keep it up!

"Kerja bagus tim! Pertahankan kinerja yang baik"
for me this is a better translation (personal opinion)
