I don't think 'sports complex' is the correct term. A 'city stade' is a lot smaller and is usually found in parks or next to sports centres; a 'city stade' is usually a combination of an outdoor five-a-side football pitch and a basketball court.
'Sports complex' makes me think of a stadium with other sports facilities.

: Ah.. see my discussion entry. Still agreeing with complex though, as sport complexes can be of various sizes and we don't know (the size) here for sure
