Hebrew term

אי סדירות סובכנדראלית פיקתית

Hebrew to English Medical Medical (general) Knee damage
The word פיקה is coming up in different forms in this medical report on a damaged knee. I can find very little reference to pica, some to PICA and none at all to picatic, although pical does provide a few hits. I am tempted to translate it as "pical subchondral irregularity" but I would like to know if anyone can suggest a better solution.

subchondral irrigularity of the patella

the פיקת הברך is the patella (A SMALL ROUND BONE IN THE KNEECAP)
Peer comment(s):

agree Lior Bar-On : The patella is a fulcrum that increases the leverage of the quadriceps femoris tendon over its insertion point in the tibial tuberosity.
