Knee damage
The word פיקה is coming up in different forms in this medical report on a damaged knee. I can find very little reference to pica, some to PICA and none at all to picatic, although pical does provide a few hits. I am tempted to translate it as "pical subchondral irregularity" but I would like to know if anyone can suggest a better solution.

פקת הברך = patella. פיקה is כתיב מלא מדי for פקה .
