German term

Friesfuge

German to English Other Construction / Civil Engineering Doors
Sorry I don't have any more context but this is a manufacturer of doors, some of which have a 'Friesfuge'?
Proposed translations (English)
3 +2 visible joints (on door panel)
2 rail joint

visible joints (on door panel)

Look at the door panel itself. There are 4 timber pieces joined together.
A door without Friesfuge is image number 1 at: http://www.schoene-tueren.com/programm.php?programm=scala&PH...
A door with Friesfuge is image number 9.
The only difference is that the joint of the timber panels is highlighted / visible on the door with the Friesfuge.
Hope this helps

rail joint

This is a bit of guesswork.
In the one link below the diagrams have a Fries which is referred to as a rail in the corresponding English text.
The second link describes door construction including stile and rail joints

Maybe this will help a bit
Peer comment(s):

neutral freekfluweel : rail and stile are names for the particular panels...

rail and stile refer to the top and sides of the door framehttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frame_and_panel
neutral pj-ffm : As freekfluweel says, rail=horizontal, stile=vertical members of the door frame into which the panel is set.
