I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, and any other person who may take by or through me, hereby waive and release and forever discharge and hold harmless XXX, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, and causes of action of any nature whatsoever which I may now or hereafter be entitled to assert, including, but not limited to any death, injury, loss of enjoyment or other harm or loss of any nature whatsoever caused by, contributed to, or arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize awarded to me in the Sweepstakes.
