seeing / facing up to something you don't want to see / can't believe
If it is based around the famous film 'Don't Look Now'.
From the gist of the article, managers would be very surprised to learn that 40% of their employees felt that the company did not have a good company/customer relationship.
Don't look now is all about 'seeing' the 'unseeable', 'believing' the 'unbelievable', confronting 'truths'.
So if this case, when the managers read this article they are going to be shocked, surprised, stunned etc, and are going to have to see things from a different perspective, accept something they didn't know existed etc....
Just another take!

As far as I can infer, the connotation is a hush hush/ between you and me/ very private comment; yet it is quite informal as well, as it takes from the known expression...ehem...don´t look now but ....
Now the expression¨s second clause...your slip/fly is showing/open...
spells out a truly negative,accidental instance that you seem not to have an inkling/idea of, yet others are about to notice or already have noticed.
Hence, the meaning conveyed is:
So, between you and me, your business is a mess and people are beginning to notice.

I think it's just a teaser. The forbidden fruit (a quite delicious Belgium beer, btw) is always more interesting. It's just trying to make the reader curious IMO. The same goes for "Your customer's problem is you" - what can you do but to read the article...
