Spanish term

café del rancho

Non-PRO Spanish to English Other Cooking / Culinary Ocosingo/Chiapas
What kind of coffee or style of coffee preparation is this? I mean, when we say "Irish coffee" here in the States it has a very particular connotation.

Discussion

offset (asker) Oct 5, 2012:
café del rancho or is simply that the region is famous for its coffee and coffee ranches, and the speaker is just enjoying the local delicacy?
