Tengo que traducir esta frase al inglés para un menú:

Podría ser

O ¿hay alguna expresión más usual para hacerlo?

Chopped ham, potatoes, egg and peppers

This is like a French 'emincé', all the ingredients are chopped up.
Trinchar is to chop.
So I think this would be the best way to translate this into English.

Trinchado

Although Trinchado does mean 'to cut' if you look at pictures of Trinchado the cubes of meat are quite large (not really minced or chopped). Raw you would call it 'cubed' but Cubed Ham just sounds odd. On several recipes (see links below) it is referred to as Trinchado.

Sliced, cut or minced

Although it also means "chopped", I'd avoid using it, since it's associated with cheapo processed meat. Spam (its name a portmanteau of the words "Spiced" and "Ham") is a canned precooked meat product made by the Hormel Foods Corporation, first introduced in 1937. Spam is known as "chopped" in Spain.

If it's for a menu, I might look for a more appetising term, for example "medley" (an assortment; a mixture)....

Or, pax @Victoria, "Emincé of ham, potato egges and peppers", as French is still the go-to guy for menu terms.

"Slivers of ham" sounds good, but that would be "virutas" in Spanish... this is making me peckish...
