what is posing a problem to me is the "dans le cadre de" with "due dilignece", Can I say "within due diligence"?

: The expression is valid, but doesn't translate the source text. There is no notion of 'as long as...' involved.

: As Tony says, the fact the expression exists doesn't make it a correct translation. How does "dans le cadre de" become "exercising"?

I was trying to find collocations for 'due diligence' other than 'within', but I see now I misjudged it, sorry.

: The full original language version has not been given (yet - I have asked for it). "Due diligence" is an EN concept. "In/when exercising D.D." is possible, although not "subject to exercising DD" as it is not conditional upon anything.
