I'm having trouble understanding the differences between the terms "acte de procédure" and "acte de poursuite" in this case. Any ideas?

"poursuite" describes things realting to litigation, civil or criminal
It is conceivable that a procedural document is also one relating to litigation. It is no dobut covering all eventualities.
