You ask to translate from English to Spanish “digital adult”. The best translation is “hombre digital”, using “hombre” as “adult human being”
The other option is “adulto digital” but I prefer the first translation.
My suggestions:
- “hombre digital”
- “adulto digital”
- “androide adulto” (this is another alternative from the fiction novels)

I wrote before “hombre digital” considering the one of the meanings of “hombre” recognized by the Real Academia Española:
This is the explanation of the Dictionary of the REA:
“hombre. (Del lat. homo, -ĭnis). 1. m. Ser animado racional, varón o mujer.”
I think this term is more elegant in the Spanish language that “adult” that something has sexual connotations.
About “androide” is also accepted by the Real Academia Española. This is the explanation in the Dictionary of the REA:
“androide. (Del lat. mod. androides, y este del gr. ἀνήρ, ἀνδρός 'varón' y el lat. -oīdes '-oide'). 1. m. Autómata de figura de hombre.”
When somebody lives and sleeps with a digital device plug in his/her ears and acts an automaton, he/she really is an “androide adulto”. There are fiction novels that show the attitudes of the “androides adultos”
