lucro cesante
Me parece que como dice "losses consequential to the injury" se refiere a lo que la persona no puede realizar a partir de los daños producidos por el accidente, y que eso le impide trabajar y ganar su dinero. A eso se refiere el lucro cesante. Es una sugerencia. Como dice mi "confidence level", no lo doy como una respuesta categórica, pero espero que te sirva.
