No puedo encontrar ninguna definición de esta palabra y mucho menos una traducción. Es un texto de Perú, así que quizás los colegas peruanos me puedan ayudar.
No tengo contexto ya que se trata del organigrama de una empresa y solo tengo el nombre de una persona que es "Administrador de Testigoteca".
