(surrender and) delivery-up of possession

These are the only 2 BrE/AmE/CanE options I know for the return of demised (let) premises.

Example sentence:

request from a landlord to his tenant to quit and deliver up the possession of the premises legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Notice+to+quit

the lessee shall surrender and deliver up possession of the demised premises following 3 months\\\' notice to quit expiring on any quarter date

neutral writeaway : instead of ... as explanation, Jurlex should be given as ref because it's exactly what is given as translation there. Personally I am not 100% sure

Handing over of the keys

Hier bedoelt men het inleveren van de sleutels bij einde contract, hetgeen bij deze bewoording zeer duidelijk is.
Bij het vertalen van bouwovereenkomsten gebruik ik altijd "handing over of the keys".

return of possession

this is sometimes used in tenancy contracts for the transfer of possession, i.e. the handing over of the keys, back from the departing tenant to the lessor. of course there are various options as to how to word this.
