might be historical confusion

For me, it looks like historical confusion. The author must have mixed up two historical persons: Marcus Tullius Cicero and Servius Tullius. Both had daughters, and, as in Ancient Rome daughters typically derived their names from the gentile name of their father, the name of both daughters was Tullia.
Cicero loved his daughter very much, so she could not be "poisonous" in any sense. When Cicero was exiled from political life, another disaster landed on his family, as in february 45, his beloved daughter Tullia died while giving birth. He sank into such immense grief that a few months later his wife, Terentia (who was 40 years younger than him) left him. (http://www.everything2.org/index.pl?node_id=760125&lastnode_...
What about Tullia, daughter of Servius Tullius, she has encouraged her husband Tarquin to murder her father; after Servius Tullius' death Tarquin became the final king, Lucius Tarquinius Superbus (Tarquinius the Proud).

If you go to http://www.getty.edu/art/collections/objects/o502.html, you'll see the painting by an Italian artist Giuseppe Cades (1770 - 1775), "Tullia about to Ride over the Body of Her Father in Her Chariot". It strongly supports my suspicion about historical confusion.

противная, вредная дочурка

По моему скромному мнению, речь идет скорее о характере

yadovitaya doch

Poisonous daughter is about (1) poison and (2) beauty etc. Google gives these citations:

poisonous daughter;
yes, poisonous as she is beautiful for (1)

and

deadliest flowers which nurture his poisonous daughter for (2)

In either case, "yadovitaya" is a good translation for poisonous as in Russian this also means "affecting".

AFAIK, Cicero had no daughter. So this is a matter of wider context to decide on what is meant by "daughter" here.

On the other hand, Cicero was famous for his often poisonous speeches. One brave/risky guess would be that he carried one of such his speeches with him. HTH.

дочка - отравительница

RAPPACCINI'S DAUGHTER

``Ay; but my sober imagination does not often play such tricks,'' said Baglioni; ``and, were I to fancy any kind of odor, it would be that of some vile apothecary drug, wherewith my fingers are likely enough to be imbued. Our worshipful friend Rappaccini, as I have heard, tinctures his medicaments with odors richer than those of Araby. Doubtless, likewise, the fair and learned Signora Beatrice would minister to her patients with draughts as sweet as a maiden's breath; but woe to him that sips them!''

"Giovanni!--my poor Giovanni!" answered the Professor, with a calm expression of pity, "I know this wretched girl far better than yourself. You shall hear the truth in respect to the poisoner Rappaccini, and his poisonous daughter. Yes; poisonous as she is beautiful! Listen; for even should you do violence to my gray hairs, it shall not silence me. That old fable of the Indian woman has become a truth, by the deep and deadly science of Rappaccini, and in the person of the lovely Beatrice!"

Giovanni groaned and hid his face.

отвратительная, противная

In colloquial speech, "poisonous" means "repugnant," "disgustful."
I believe it has nothing to do with poison.
