When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Discussion

Alan Douglas (X) Aug 2, 2011:
Problem... There are two source terms here and the second is incomplete: 1. à la bonne réalisation de
2. l'objet du present Contrat
This makes it impossible to give a useable answer to the question as set. All of the answers have missed the point that l'objet refers to the subject (of the Contract). It is neither the object nor the project nor the Contract.
Translations for the two terms should read:
1. to the successful execution of
2. the subject of the present Contract

the successful achievement of the objective

It's useful to remember that there's no adjective equivalent to "successful" in French, hence the frequent use of "bon(ne)" in such contexts.
"satisfactory" might also do.
Many Google hits on the full phrase.
Example sentence:

They are ultimately responsible for the successful achievement of the objective and its associated risks.

I would simplify - the Contract specifies the object.

French term (edited): à la bonne réalisation de l\'objet

in order for the contract to be performed, in order for the obejct of the contract to be met

"... ainsi que toutes les activités nécessaires à la bonne réalisation de l'objet du présent Contrat"

There are a number of ways of expressing this, depening largely on the phrasing before this set of words. Here are two suggestions, one of which deliberately omits the word "object" as it can be expressed in such a way for it to be understood.

"together with all of the activities required in order for the contract to be performed..."

"in order for the object of teh contract to be met/satisfied".
