文脈が判りませんが、少し意訳で良ければ、前半の部分は、『会社優先主義を横に置いて』あるいは『会社優先主義は辞めて』あたりが自然な表現になるでしょう。

the groundだけを訳すのは無理なので、putting a corporate stake in the ground in support of a more conscious futureならば、意訳すると「 未来への責任を会社の方針として固める」ということでは？もう少し直訳的なものなら、「会社としても将来についてより認識を持っていく責任を負う」というような感じでしょうか？
